Daylily Ordering and Shipping Information
We cannot ship outside the continental United States.
Our GUARANTEE: Our garden is inspected by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. All daylily plants are shipped healthy without rust. All divisions are double fans unless otherwise noted. If a daylily variety is limited and only a single fan is available, you will be contacted first. If for any reason you are not satisfied upon receiving your plants, Please Contact us Immediately.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Please order early, as some daylily varieties are limited in supply. We will not substitute any daylily plant that is out of stock without your permission. If we cannot satisfy your substitution desire, a refund will be made. For faster service please include a phone number and email address where you can be reached.
Daylily SHIPPING at Saksa Daylily Farm: We want to make sure our daylily plants are growing strong before we dig and ship them. We will start shipping by the middle of May depending on the weather. Shipping will continue through August 31st as the weather permits. We will not ship during extreme heat or rain and will notify you via email when plants are ready to ship. We will dig and ship your daylily plants on Mondays, Tuesdays or Fridays. Daylily plants will be sent by USPS Priority mail. You can expect your daylily plants to arrive in 2 to 3 days after you receive your shipping notice. If you desire an alternative shipping time or if you have special shipping instructions, please contact us so that we can make every attempt to satisfy your needs.
Preparation and packing: We wash all soil from the daylily plant roots and trim back the foliage. Trimming the foliage gives extra energy to the root system for proper development. We label each daylily variety ordered and wrap them individually in damp newspaper to help retain moist roots during the trip to your home. We try to be as generous as possible with the size of our daylily double fans. The size of the daylily fans will vary based on the daylily variety.
